Shipping policy

At SKYE LABS, we are committed to delivering your order reliably, securely, and in a timely manner. Please find below all relevant information regarding our shipping process.

Order processing

All orders are processed within one to three business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will inform you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Switzerland and selected European countries. Availability of shipping options may vary depending on your delivery address.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: two to four business days
European Union: four to seven business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to twenty four hours to become active.

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries outside Switzerland, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

SKYE LABS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damaged or lost shipments

SKYE LABS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at (hello@skyelabs.ch) and we will assist you where possible.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. SKYE LABS cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
