Introduction / Contract Formation
By placing an order through this online shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions. By submitting your order, a binding purchase contract is formed between you and Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH). -
Delivery Terms & Shipping Costs
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri) once payment has been received. If a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH) will notify you within 24 hours. Shipping costs are CHF 9.–. Delivery is made via the Swiss Post or another carrier designated by Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH). Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH) is not liable for delivery delays or errors by the carrier. Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider, Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH) order obligation is fulfilled. -
Diagnostic Services (if applicable)
If diagnostics or laboratory services are purchased, you authorize Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH) to have your selected diagnostics carried out by a certified laboratory. You understand that this service is a private service and may not be reclaimable through insurance. -
Prices
All offers and prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Prices are non-binding and subject to change. Errors and changes in the offer and pricing remain reserved. -
Withdrawal / Returns (Swiss Law)
Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely once the goods have been delivered, unless defects are discovered. Returns and refunds are governed by Skyelabs (SKE-Vital GmbH) specific return policy (see Returns section on website). -
Reminder / Collection Fees
Invoices are due within 10 days of receipt. If payment is not made within this period, a reminder may be sent by email. If payment is still not made, a formal reminder may be issued by post with a CHF 25.– handling fee. By agreeing to these terms you consent to paying such fees if applicable. -
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is in the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise.
